After 6 months to a year of hard work prepping for a major race, it often comes down to just one day.  I have always found that the best way to learn and share your experience is to put the pen to paper.  Race Reports are great because there is no better way to commemorate and remember your hard fought "A" races, but they also serve to teach you lessons about what worked and what didn't on race day.  Not to mention the entertainment value for yourself, or fellow athletes to get some of the "down and dirty" thoughts and emotions experienced during your epic race.

I've decided to include a space here where INPUT OUTPUT athletes can take you on a trip down memory lane and share some of their insights while they were digging deep out on the battlefield.
