PACKAGES

As an endurance athlete, your training (and your rest) is your lifeblood.  At INPUT OUPUT, we recognize that there is no cookie cutter plan that will meet all athlete's needs.  For this reason, we provide a custom approach to training to help you reach and exceed your goals.

Triathlon Specific Training - $125/month (3 month minimum commitment requirement) 
                Evaluation of your athletic background, current fitness, and work/family comittments
                Assessment of skill level in individual sports
                                  Swim: Includes in-person session, video analysis, technique suggestions and drill instruction
                                  Bike: Includes discussion about equipment, fit assessment, and any suggestions for improvement
                                  Run: Treadmill or track session with video analysis
                Help with defining short and long-term goals as well as ATP (annual training plan)
                Suggestions for building a schedule of races
                Explanation of basic training principles
                Design of training program to fit both your goals and your life
                                  Description of each workout
                                  Distance and/or time to be covered
                                  Suggestions for “training races” along the way
                                  Schedule adjustments as needed
                Software to record training and share it with us (Online: Training Peaks - Premium edition)
                Monthly test sets to assess gains and pinpoint weaknesses
**Also included in all training plans are Tuesday group running workouts at Blue Heron Park in Windsor.**   

Single Sport Training (Running or Cycling) - $110/month (3 month minimum commitment requirement)

Services Offered A la Carte
  1. Lactate Threshold Testing - Involves Test, Plus Training zones $150 or $215 for two tests  
  2.  Training Plan - Single set up of unmonitored training program.  Both for running, cycling or Triathlon and delivered through Training Peaks.  Contact for details. Cost will vary per program.
