The Man Who Lived on His Bike

Winter is officially here.  Time to figure out what you're going to do to make 2015 better than 2014.  I know my plan is to train less and suck more (but that's according to the contract).  No better time than now to make sure you've got your goals figured out, and you have a plan to get there.  The biggest gains are made in the off-season.  This means, THERE IS NO OFF-SEASON!

The dates have been set for the Winter Ride Challenge Series:

We are continuing to run on Tuesday nights at Blue Heron Hill at 5pm.  Watch the Facebook page for updates.

There is also a gorgeous pool downtown that maintains excellent hours!

The only way to improve this Off Season, is to put in the hard miles. Frequency is the number one tool to improve performance over any discipline.
